I want to call your attention to Samantha. Last week Dino had an unscheduled afternoon meeting with a client who wanted a cup of coffee. Unfortunately, I couldn’t get the coffee maker to work. Luckily, Samantha was coming around the corner, saw my predicament and saved the day. Not only did she prepare the coffee, but she happily cleaned up the huge mess I made while trying to get the coffee maker to cooperate. Also, she goes out of her way to completely wipe down and clean counters, cabinets, the microwaves and refrigerators. She zips through the rooms after use and never complains. She cleans the glass doors on a regular basis. She’s always doing something and her cheery disposition goes a long way. Great addition to IST and of course, SEA&L benefits!
