Congratulations goes out to Diane Fassett at Ball Corporation for receiving the most significant comment letter. The client responsible for the most significant letter for May, Bob Saunders, will also receive a Starbuck’s gift card. Here is the winning letter:
“I wanted to share an issue related to Diane Fassett’s performance. Diane received several emails from Federal Express indicating that more than 300 invoices amounting to more than $100K had not been paid. Diane personally took on this challenge by breaking down the received spreadsheet line-by-line and discovering the issues behind each invoice and late payments.
She then communicated these issues with Fed Ex and our Accounts Payable team to have these invoices either redirected to the appropriate organization or processed and paid.
This event took over four days to complete.
I wanted to provide “kudos” to Diane for this exceptional effort. Well done!
