“I gave Pam a project with details and she thought ahead/outside the box about end product and finishing.
I won’t go into detail (because that doesn’t matter). The point is she is always thinking ahead of the customer.
Sometimes we think we ask for everything but we forget about the icing to go on top of the cake.
