Every month we send out congratulations letters and movie tickets to the employee receiving the most significant and most positive comment letter. Last month, this employee went above and beyond for exceptional customer service.
Our June Winner:
Congratulations goes out to Tierra Romero at Encana in Denver, CO for receiving the most significant comment letter. The client responsible for the most significant letter for June, Susan Cabaniss, will also receive movie tickets. Here is the winning letter:
“I just wanted to send some kudos for Tierra for all the catering help last week. I had three days of meeting that needed lunch catered, and Tierra was incredibly helpful in getting the food ordered and making sure the set up was timely. Typically I do clean up so that I can check on my group at the same time, but at the last minute I was not going to be available for Day 1 clean up, and Tierra jumped in to help despite the last minute notice. Also, we ended up having to add more gluten free options for our Day 1 and 2 lunch after the initial request had gone through, and we still got everything we needed on the day we requested it. All three day’s lunches went smoothly, and I credit that all to Tierra’s help. There were multiple lunches going on the 40th floor at the same time in addition to mine, but she was able to meet everyone’s disparate timelines and still made me feel as if her focus was on me. Her organization and willingness to pitch in is so incredibly helpful, and it’s just an added perk that she’s a friendly and easy person with whom to work.
