With over 25 years of extensive experience managing personnel, equipment, and resources for large law firms, Ms. Munajj demonstrates expertise in ensuring adherence to organizational goals and requirements while motivating team members to reach peak performance levels.
Joining us from Epiq, Ms. Munajj displays proficiency in managing legal document processing professionals, proofreaders, graphic designers, and technical trainers. Her critical decision-making, communication, and problem-solving skills garner praise from each of her previous employers.
IST’s new Virtual Support Center offers clients workforce development for managing document and technology processing. Under Ms. Munajj’s leadership, the new division provides necessary space, technology, equipment, and certifications while significantly lowering law firms’ overhead and increasing profitability.
