Every month we send out congratulations letters and movie tickets to the employee receiving the most significant and most positive comment letter. Last month, this employee went above and beyond for exceptional customer service.

Congratulations goes out to Sherice Thompson at CACI for receiving the most significant comment letter. The client responsible for the most significant letter for May, Henry Nam, will also receive movie tickets. Here is the winning letter:
“I would like to let you know that we have been getting outstanding support from your new Ashburn-113 facilities person, Sherice Thompson. Since she has been here, she has been friendly, responsive and extremely professional. I bought up some issues with the men’s locker room and they were corrected within days. Most recently I asked her to investigate some temperature issues with our Server Room. She asked me to show her, all the while taking pictures and understanding my request. She didn’t make any promises, but said she would “see what I can do” and within days the issue was corrected. I never expected a response so fast, let alone a resolution. We have old equipment in that room and they give off a tremendous amount of heat. Her assistance will help to prolong the life of these machines and provide us better support for our Customer. She is a valuable asset to CACI and I just wanted to let you know. ”
