IST Work Order has become Operation’s Multi-Purpose Tool – we have been able to expand its functionality to not only capture and track our activities but the client’s as well.
At one of our sites, we have been able to input into IST Work Order the client’s schedule for all third party engagements like quarterly exterminator visits and carpet cleaning, pantry appliance PMs and safety drills. The timely alerts provided by Work Order helps remind us and the client to engage and prep for their vendors.
At another site, we have been using Work Order to identify the location of furniture and track items used in temporary and mobile offices like printers, workstations and telephones. Although Work Order is not a full inventory control software, we have been able to use it mold it to track the movement of inventory that we are responsible for moving.
IST Work Order’s ability to flex to the needs of a specific operation provides the site’s leadership a tool to keep pending task current, and the IST team ready. Work Order’s tie-in to the IST Dashboard keeps the client aware of IST activities as well as their own.
“Everyday we are stretching the limits of IST Work Order and making it a larger and more vital tool to our operations and clients.”
